Cancellation Policy
Please read the following carefully before you book a tour: *Participants must be physically and comfortably able to walk the advertised distance of the tour. *All participants must sign our standard waiver at the start of the tour in order to participate on the tour. Refunds will not be given if participants decline to sign the waiver. *Our cancellation policy is 24 hours. For cancellation notice given less than 24 hours in advance, payment will not be refunded. *In the rare event that Canmore Walking Tours needs to cancel a tour, you will be fully refunded. *Important information regarding your tour will be sent via email - please watch your inbox and junk email for emails from info@canmorewalkingtours.ca *No drugs or alcohol permitted on the tour. *No pets allowed on the tour. *All tours are conducted in English.
