Please note the following before you book a tour:

• All tours are conducted in English.

• Participants must be physically and comfortably able to walk the advertised distance of the tour.

• All participants must sign a standard waiver prior to the tour.

• Our cancellation policy is 24 hours. For cancellation notice given less than 24 hours in advance, payment will not be refunded.

• In the rare and unlikely event that Canmore Walking Tours has to cancel a tour, your payment will be 100% refunded.

• For any participants in a wheelchair on the MINI tour, the wheelchair must be powered or pushed by another participant.

• No drugs or alcohol permitted on the tour.

• Sorry pets, humans only. If you would like to bring your pet, please contact us for a private tour.

• Prices listed are per person.

• For tours taking place during winter months (November - March), please DRESS WARMLY. Our walks take place mostly outside and we will be standing still throughout - it can be extremely cold.  Please dress warmly with winter-grade clothing, socks, hats, gloves, scarves, winter boots, and layers! We may reschedule or cancel a tour if temperatures are below -20 degrees.
